  • Spring Society Pilates offers private and duet instruction, along with small group classes of up to 5 students. Our studio has a wide array of Balanced Body equipment, including reformers with towers, chairs, arcs, and a Cadillac/trapeze table, ladder barrel, and CoreAlign, along with plenty of props.

  • New clients are encouraged to take advantage of one of our new client specials. If you’re brand new to Pilates, a minimum of one private session is strongly encouraged before joining group classes. We recommend taking advantage of the new client private session special to develop confidence on the equipment, get your questions answered, and help us to see how you move.

All clients must sign a liability waiver before their first session. (This happens when new clients sign up and create an online account.) New private clients will be asked to complete a standard intake form before their first session.

  • We love helping our clients not only recover from injury, but getting them stronger than ever before. If you are actively working with or coming back from an injury, we encourage you to request a consult before booking so we can better understand your situation and recommend the best plan for you.

If you are currently under the care of a medical professional (i.e. doctor or physical therapist), we do require that you are cleared by your healthcare provider before participating in our programs.

  • We combine our teaching expertise and commitment to the latest movement research — along with our low student-to-teacher ratio and focus on community — to provide an experience that is second to none. Unlike some large studios that treat clients as just a number, we know our clients’ names, goals, and bodies. And you won’t find cookie-cutter programming here; each class creatively fuses classical Pilates precision with contemporary Pilates principles to keep movement fun, fresh, and interesting.

It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

  • You can find all our studio policies here.

  • Yes. Minors under the age of 14 are not permitted in the studio.

Minors ages 14 to 17 must enroll in a minimum of one private session before participating in group classes. A parent or guardian must sign the Minor Participant Waiver in person at the studio prior to the minor’s first session.

  • Clients are welcome to take advantage of the free street parking on Fourth and Gilman Streets, as well as the clearly marked “visitor parking” spaces in the Tannery complex. Please note that spaces marked with letters or numbers are reserved for our neighbor tenants in the complex.
