Studio Policies

Sessions

• All studio sessions (privates, duets, and classes) are 50 minutes in length.

• If clients are late to a session, the session will end at the scheduled time.

• Grip socks are required for all sessions, including privates, duets, and group classes. Clients may purchase socks or borrow a loaner pair, pending availability.

Scheduling and Payment

• Before scheduling a session, all clients must fill out and sign the liability waiver, which will be presented when clients register for an online account. Private clients must also fill out an intake form.

• Payment is due at the time of booking or prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

• All single sessions expire one month from date of purchase. Packs of 5 private sessions/group classes expire 3 months from purchase, and packs of 10 private sessions/group classes expire 6 months from purchase. For memberships, unused sessions/classes will not roll over to the next month. Any unused sessions will be forfeited. Expired sessions and packages will not be refunded.

Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel up to 24 hours in advance and have the session (private, duet, or class) credited back to their account. Clients may cancel the session online, by phone, or email. If less than 24 hours or no notice for a session is given, the full fee for the scheduled service will be applied.
