Studio Policies

Privates, duets, and classes are 50 minutes in length. If clients are late to a private session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late to classes will not be admitted and will be considered a no-show.
Minors ages 14 to 17 must enroll in a minimum of one private (or duet if participating with a parent/legal guardian) session before enrolling in group classes. Minors under the age of 14 are not permitted in the studio.
Grip socks are required for all sessions, including privates, duets, and group classes. Clients may purchase socks or borrow a loaner pair, pending availability.

Before booking a session or class, all clients must fill out and sign the liability waiver, which will be presented when clients register for an online account on Momence.
A parent or guardian must sign a liability waiver on behalf of their child (ages 14 to 17) prior to the minor’s first session.
Private clients must fill out an intake form before their first session.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

All single sessions/classes expire one month from date of purchase. Packs of 5 private sessions/classes expire 3 months from purchase, and packs of 10 private sessions/classes expire 6 months from purchase. For memberships, unused sessions/classes will not roll over to the next month. Any unused sessions will be forfeited. Expired sessions and packages will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more in advance and have the session (private, duet, or class) credited back to their account. If less than 24 hours or no notice for a session is given, the session or class will be forfeited.
