Reformer Foundations - Beginner

If you're new to the reformer, this is is the perfect place to start. In this beginner-friendly class, students will learn about the reformer -- as well as essential exercises they can use throughout their Pilates journey -- in a safe and structured environment. This slower-paced class is catered to individuals with no prior Pilates experience and is designed to students to progress to other group classes when they feel ready.

BEST FOR: First-timers or those getting back into their Pilates practice after an extended absence.

Mixed Equipment Foundations - Beginner

You've heard of the reformer, but do you know about the chair, tower, and arc? In this beginner-friendly class, students will learn about the other Pilates apparatus in a safe and structured environment. This slower-paced class is catered to individuals with no prior Pilates experience and is designed to students to progress to other group classes when they feel ready. This class is an excellent complement to the Reformer Foundations class.

BEST FOR: First-timers or those getting back into their Pilates practice after an extended absence.

Reformer Mixed Level - Beginner+

If you have reformer experience and are ready for new moves and challenges, this is the class for you! This mixed level class focuses on thoughtful progressions, allowing participants to choose the level of challenge that works for them. Build strength and endurance in a supportive environment.

BEST FOR: Reformer veterans seeking a full-body workout who value the flexibility of being able to go easier or harder for any given movement.

Stretch & Restore - Beginner+

Looking to gain flexibility, recover from injury, or just feel restored through movement? This slower paced class focuses on lengthening and stretching while gently increasing range of motion over time.

BEST FOR: Those familiar with the reformer wishing to work on their flexibility or move in a relaxing environment.

Reformer Cardio Jumpboard - Intermediate+

Get ready to sweat! Reformer Cardio Jumpboard is a horizontal version of plyometric training: high-intensity, low-impact, and tons of fun. Build cardiovascular stamina and full-body muscle power while enhancing core stability and coordination.

BEST FOR: Students at an intermediate to an advanced level who are not currently dealing with injuries. Pilates reformer experience required.

Reformer Power Hour - Advanced

Reformer Power Hour is a fast-paced reformer class featuring some of the most advanced exercises of the Pilates repertoire. With minimal transition time, students will enjoy an opportunity to push their boundaries, intensify their practice, and achieve new personal bests.

BEST FOR: Advanced students who have had at least 10 Pilates reformer classes and have been consistently taking classes at the intermediate to advanced level. Not suitable for beginners.

Athletic Apparatus - Advanced

Athletic Apparatus is a mixed equipment class where we uplevel just about everything! Featuring some of the most challenging moves of the repertoire, students will face challenges across multiple dimensions including strength, endurance, balance, power, and flexibility. This fast-paced class will use some combination of the reformer, tower, chair, arc, and props (including weights).

BEST FOR: Advanced students who have had at least 20 Pilates equipment classes and have been consistently taking classes at the intermediate to advanced level. Not suitable for beginners.

OsteoStrong - Specialty Class

Designed specifically for those with osteoporosis and sensitive spines, OsteoStrong combines weight-bearing and resistance exercises through a safe range of motion to build bone strength and spinal stability. Utilizing both bodyweight and hand weights, participants will also engage in balance exercises to prevent falls. All exercises can be modified depending on a student’s level.

BEST FOR: Those with reformer experience who have osteoporosis and prefer a class tailored to their specific condition.
